the pool was nice but, extremely dirty and in desperate need of cleaning. the staff clearly lacked any understanding of basic customer service as I wanted a room change but got nothing. a complimentary drink for my troubles would have been so thoughtful, but I guess that was too much to ask for. just couldn’t believe it.

The rooftop pool was awesome, but the toilet seat was wet and gross.

Yo, the rooftops and views were a game changer! The staff? Super chill and friendly, felt like family, especially Manuel. Beach access was tight. You gotta hit up Garza Blanca, it's stunning! Just wish they had coffee in the room to wake up properly. That’d be dope!

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was great for exploring. We loved relaxing by the pool, and the WiFi was solid for planning our next day. Don't miss visiting the Cruise Ship Terminal and Los Muertos Pier, both perfect spots for fun activities. Highly recommend for a laid-back group vacation!

One downside was the uncomfortable bed. it squeaked with every movement. A cooler in the room would have been helpful too, but overall, we made the best of it.

However, the absence of a mini-fridge was a drawback, as was the basic breakfast selection, which lacked variety. The bed's comfort level was also disappointing, affecting overall restfulness.
